How do I access support?

You can email support questions to support@grow-strategy.com or use the Support Request form. Be as specific as possible. Keep it short. Try to focus on one issue. Supply some context. What were you doing before this issue occurred?

Am I eligible for GROW|STRATEGY support?

We provide unlimited support via email for our paying customers. If you have a support issue you can email us at support@grow-strategy.com or use the Support Request form. This support is only available during business hours on week days (AEST).

Does GROW|STRATEGY provide telephone hotline support?

We provide telephone support only for our paying customers who have ordered the Premium Support package.
