What is a Growth Plan?
Business Owners and Leaders need to combat disruptive changes to grow revenue. They do this by developing a growth strategy to concentrate scarce resources with confidence on the few options that matter. This is called a Growth Plan. The Growth Plan helps a business become successful through focused planning and forethought on the only thing that matters for revenue generation – the customer.

What is the difference between a Growth Plan and a Business Plan?

How often should I review my Growth Plan?
We recommend reviewing your Tactics (in Step 9) on a weekly basis – at a minimum.
You can fine tune your Strategies and other related issues based on the outcome from the actions contained within the Tactics – as often as you need to. Finally, we suggest reviewing the overall direction and results from your Growth Plan on a quarterly basis.
Should I use my Laptop or Tablet to use GROW|STRATEGY?
We recommend using your Laptop (or Desktop PC) to access the GROW|STRATEGY Platform when creating your initial plan. The main reason for this suggestion is that there are features (eg drag-and-drop) that works only in a mouse-driven environment. For tracking of your actions or making revisions, you can use your Tablet. GROW|STRATEGY can be accessed from all popular browsers operating at the latest release level.
In the Cloud?
The GROW|STRATEGY Platform is hosted “in the cloud” at the secure IBM Soft Layer data centre. What’s the cloud? Think about when you use internet banking. Every time you access this data, you’re using the cloud. The cloud is a platform to make data and software accessible online anytime, anywhere, from any device. Thanks to this cloud paradigm, the principal owner of the growth plan can grant access to internal staff members and external advisers so that everyone is on the same page.
